The addition of a set of food grade poly water tanks individually plumbed to the sidewinder tank provides versatility and longevity unmatched in the industry. We focused on two major advances with our proto-type Hybrid Vacuum service truck. The first major advance with our patent pending Hybrid Electric Vacuum system is to replace the engine PTO drive system with a 24 volt Electric driven Vacuum system. The primary benefit of this system is that the engine does not have to be running when the operator is cleaning units. In fact, we designed & engineered the unit so it cannot be running unless the system override switch is engaged. This unit is designed to recharge between stops so no outside recharge system is required. We know this will result in significant savings not only in the fuel used, but also in the lower maintenance and repair costs to the chassis.
The second feature of this next generation of Hybrid Portable Restroom Service trucks is the on board management tools. On board monitoring, idle limiting and exception reporting systems will enhance driver performance and customer service. The objective here is to move on board monitoring to the next level. Our goal is to develop a tool that can help you effectively manage a group of employees that have, for the most part, been 90% self managed in this industry since the start.
