The Smart Truck EZ Controller Kit comes with everything needed to help you better manage your truck fleet. This Controller will help you reduce fuel usage, maintenance costs, and improve driving safety.
The plug and play laptop programmable Smart Truck EZ Controller can be set to meet your individual fleet requirements.
The Smart Truck EZ Controller comes with three programmable speed settings.
Speed 1:
Controls Normal City and Highway Driving
Enables you to determine the Maximum Speed Limit on your vehicle(s)
Two Step Capability allows setting the acceleration rate for Low Speed City Driving while maintaining the acceleration rate selected for normal Highway Driving
Speed 2:
Controls Maximum Driving Speed and Acceleration for Special Application Vehicles
Enables you to determine the maximum speed and acceleration for your special vehicle (sweeper or striper truck, refuse truck, etc.) when a much lower speed is required for special operations
When vehicle is not being used for special operations, it operates under the 'Speed 1' settings you programmed
Speed 3:
Controls Reverse Speed
You determine the maximum speed and acceleration rate for your vehicle when driving in reverse
The Smart Truck EZ Controller is easily upgraded to include additional features.
Idle Limiting:
Controls Length of Time Vehicle Engine Runs with Transmission in Park
Enables you to determine the Maximum Idling Time Limit for your vehicle during normal operation
Includes an audible alarm warning prior to engine shut down
Idle Up:
Controls Engine RPM's
Enables you to increase the engine RPM when using auxiliary equipment
Accelerator pedal is disabled and set to the engine RPM you determine
Option available on GAS MODELS ONLY
Engine Protection:
Monitors Engine Oil Pressure and Coolant Temperatures
When a fault is detected an audible alarm will sound and the vehicle will go into "limp mode"
Once the vehicle stops the engine will shut off
